Background Story
Kiana, the Frost Speaker, comes from an ancient tribe that worships ice and snow She is from a long line of priestesses, though her power surpasses her predecessors, allowing her to manipulate the element of frost. Even in her childhood, Kiana displayed an exceptional affinity for ice and snow. On a stormy night when she was ten, a mysterious gale awakened the power within her. and from then on, she could sense and respond to the “whispers” of ice and snow. As Kiana grew, so did her powers. She learned to call upon the power of ice and snow to weave magical sigils to protect her people and the forest. She excelled in healing and defensive spells, allowing her to mend the wounds of her allies and provide shelter in times of need.

Summons an ice meteor above the target that crashes to the ground once formed, dealing damage to up to 2 targets in the area (DMG Factor 1,750), and inflicts a frostbite effect every 2 seconds for 6 seconds, dealing damage equal to 0.4 % of the target’s current HP, but not exceeding 0.8% of the current HP of Kiana’s Troops (if Kiana is a Rally unit, this effect is reduced).
