Kalthas

Background Story

From a tender age, Kalthas displayed an extraordinary prowess in the art of combat, adept at discerning and exploiting the vulnerabilities of his adversaries. After his homeland was ravaged by the flames of war, he vowed to grow stronger, to shield his kin from harm. Having traversed a treacherous journey, acquiring a myriad of skills, particularly the mastery of the Breaker’s Mark and the devastating Scalesplitting Strike, he emerged as a legendary leader and the guardian of the Blackscale tribe.

Hero Role

A long-range powerhouse that deals massive ranged damage, but is vulnerable in close combat. Best played as a Support Lieutenant for Reid, Karl, and Erin.

Talent

This Hero excels at leading Axethrower Troops.
This Hero excels at dealing with Blackforged on the map.
This Hero excels at inflicting considerable damage through normal attacks.

Recommended Build

An excellent formation for dealing DMG. Kalthas applies debuffs to the enemy while dealing DMG. Linda supports as a sub-DPS and buffs the ATK of Troops with Axethrower-type soldiers.

Burst

A charged strike that deals a large amount of DMG to the target (DMG Factor 2,700) , and an additional 5% DMG for each stack of Vulnerability inflicted on the target by Kalthas.

Heal lightly-wounded soldiers for 3 % of DMG you deal.

Passive Skill

Reduce DMG your normal attacks deal by 70% for the first 5 seconds upon entering battle. At the same time, there is a 10% chance to become immune to DMG dealt by the target For the next 5 seconds, increase DMG your normal attacks deal each second in the following amount: 35%, 70%, 105%, 140%, 180%.

Passive skill

Normal attacks have a 10% chance to inflict 1 stack of Vulnerability on hit, reducing the afflicted target’s DEF by 2.5% for 5 seconds. If the target has 5 stacks of Vulnerability inflicted by Kalthas, your next attack reduces their DEF by 15% for 5 seconds and removes all stacks of Vulnerability.
